Any apartment can be reserved immediately with a non-refundable deposit of 2000 Euro of the purchase price payable in cash, with a credit card or bank transfer. The reservation deposit will hold the property reserved for maximum 28 days, until the Preliminary Contract for the complex is drawn up.
