Maintenance – is 10% of purchase price payable once only upon key handover in July 2019.
Maintenance fees at the resort, includes maintenance and management of the communal areas pools, the hallways, gardens, security of the development lighting etc.
Once only payment where money is deposited and only interest from fees is used to maintain the complex, means no yearly transfers for maintenance fees. Also the development is properly maintained and no disputes with those who do not regularly pay maintenance.
